FAQ - Shipping

 

a)  We  would ship all orders going out of Thailand  via  EMS or DHL,FedEx.

 

- Incase you have an account with other courier or forwarder company. we can ship our products via your courier/forwarder company. You will do only provide us your account or your forwarder details, we will contact them when your goods are already finished and ready to ship.

 

b)  Exact shipping cost can be provided upon our receipt of the completed order only.

 

- Shipping cost is calculated by based on the weight, destination and shipping method.

 

c)  Once the order has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you via the email address that you have provided us.

 

d) Once an order has been shipped from our sitee, it might take about 3-5 business days to reach it's destination.

 

e) Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes.Buyer is solely responsible for those fees.

 

f) Allforgems can not  assume responsibility for packages held by customs in it's destination country. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, buyer is responsible for the fees associated with re-shipment of the order. Allforgems.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with out notice or explanation.


g) Delivery Time: Delivery time, which is shown, is given by individual carrier and it is only estimation. You should also expect some variation between each shipment.

 

Special Note: We may sometime ship your order using another equivalent ship method, which is different from what you have selected. And without advance notification, if the new method cost you the same amount and delivery cycle time.

 

FAQ - Policy

If you are unsatisfied with Allforgems items that you receive which cause from Allforgems. We accept returns up to 7 days after the order has been received by customer. The process for making a return is as follows:


a) You must send an email to info@allforgems.com to let us know the problem that be found and you making a Return.

 

b) You must include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the product is being returned.

 

c) All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.

 

d) All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped.

 

f) We will give a refund after items that be returned have been proved that discrepany that be found is caused from us.

 

- All promotional, custom made and clearance items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

 

g) We will either give you a full refund or you may choose to use it as a credit towards a future purchase.
